How would I solve this equation for x in the interval 0<x<2pi
tan^2x sinx - sinx/3 = 0
Please explain it step by step..ive been stuck on this question for far too long..sigh

Try factoring out sin(x).
how would i do that?
tan^2(x)*sin(x)-sin(x)/3 = 0
can be rewritten as
sin(x) [ tan^2(x) - 1/3] = 0
which is solvable.
can be rewritten as
sin(x) [ tan^2(x) - 1/3] = 0
which is solvable.
