How will employees in the medical office have to be trained regarding privacy(for example, who is responsible for training and record keeping)? What is required if an employee doesnt follow the privacy policy? When must employees be trained? In what manner?

Please do not state grade level as subject. Out teachers only respond to their subject areas
Since this is not my area of expertise, I searched Google under the key words "Medical privacy" to get these possible sources:
http://www.hhs.gov/ocr/privacy/index.html
http://epic.org/privacy/medical/
http://www.privacyrights.org/fs/fs8-med.htm
http://www.aclu.org/privacy/medical/index.html
http://arstechnica.com/tech-policy/news/2009/04/state-privacy-laws-may-undercut-electronic-medical-records.ars
In the future, you can find the information you desire more quickly, if you use appropriate key words to do your own search. Also see http://hanlib.sou.edu/searchtools/.
I hope this helps. Thanks for asking.
