how to reply on this email saying that my phone had problems that can't allow to call or pick a call but it is solved and sector hospital do not provide medical documents.Hello Rebecca

as I wrote to you on 13/08/2024 asking for the papers of the doctor you treated, don't reply to me and don't reply to the email I wrote to you explaining why you didn't give me the requested document, I wrote this email to inform you that I was not happy for the behavior you showed.
And also, I have been observing your behavior at work like when i call you on the phone, you do not answer even if you see that I have called you, do not call or send a message, trying to know why i was calling you, I am writing to you and asking you for an explanation for your bad behavior mentioned above that you continue to show at work

Subject: Re: Follow-Up on Medical Documents

Hi [Recipient's Name],

Thank you for your email. I apologize for not responding to your previous message sooner. I have been experiencing phone issues that prevented me from making or receiving calls, but I'm happy to report that the issue has now been resolved.

Regarding the medical documents, I want to clarify that the sector hospital does not provide those specific documents in the manner we've discussed. I understand this may be frustrating, and I appreciate your patience as we navigate this situation.

If there's anything else you need or if you'd like to discuss this further, please feel free to reach out via email or let me know a convenient time for you, and I will do my best to respond promptly.

Thank you for your understanding.

Best regards,
Rebecca
