How to rationalize this question?

(√3 - √2)/(√3+√2)

Do I multiply those two by(√3 - √2) or (√3 + √2)

rationalize. multiply the numerator and the denominator by the conjugate of the denominator (sqrt3-sqrt2).The "radtionalize" means get rid of the radicals in the denominator.
