How to prepare 10% sucrose solution enriched with 0.1% phenylalanine? And also how to make the stock solution of phenylalanine for the above process.

I have prepared 10% sucrose solution by adding 10g sucrose in 100ml water , but how do i make 0.1% phenylanine in 10% sucrose solution ? Should i add 0.1g of phenylalanine in 10g sugar and mix both together with 100ml water? Please help!

If it's 10% w/v sucrose and 0.1%w/v phenylalanine w/v, you're close.
10 g sucrose and 0.1 g phenylalanine in enough water to make 100 mL solution.
