1 answer

Ingredients:
- 1 lb of beef steak (such as flank steak or sirloin)
- 4 large tortilla wraps
- 1 cup of sliced bell peppers (any color)
- 1 cup of sliced onions

Marinade:
- 3 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 cloves of minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste

Toppings and sauces (optional):
- Lettuce
- Tomato slices
- Avocado slices
- Sour cream
- Salsa
- Hot sauce

Instructions:
1. Prepare the marinade by combining all the marinade ingredients in a shallow dish or zip-top bag. Mix well.
2. Add the beef steak to the marinade, making sure it is coated evenly. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes or up to overnight in the refrigerator.
3. Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the marinated steak and cook for approximately 4-5 minutes per side, or until it reaches your desired level of doneness. Remove the steak from the heat and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it thinly across the grain.
4. In the same skillet, add the sliced bell peppers and onions. Cook for about 5 minutes, or until they are slightly softened and caramelized.
5. Warm the tortilla wraps in a dry skillet or in the microwave for a few seconds.
6. Lay a tortilla wrap flat and add the sliced steak, bell peppers, and onions to the center of the wrap.
7. Add any additional toppings and sauces of your choice, such as lettuce, tomato slices, avocado slices, sour cream, salsa, or hot sauce.
8. Fold the sides of the wrap towards the center and roll it tightly, securing it with a toothpick if necessary.
9. Repeat with the remaining tortilla wraps and ingredients.
10. Serve the steak wraps immediately and enjoy!

Note: Feel free to customize your steak wraps by adding other ingredients such as shredded cheese, sautéed mushrooms, or your favorite condiments.
