Here is a simple recipe to make chicken Alfredo:

Ingredients:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup unsalted butter

- Parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:
1. Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper.
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
4. Reduce the heat to low and add heavy cream, stirring constantly until heated through.
5. Gradually add grated Parmesan cheese, stirring continuously until the cheese melts and forms a smooth sauce.
6. Add butter to the sauce and continue to stir until melted and combined.
7. Add the cooked fettuccine pasta to the sauce and toss until well coated.
8. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and gently stir to combine with the pasta and sauce.
9. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley if desired.
