How so I solve for Torque 2 mass?

Torque 1= .125Nm
Torque 2= mass? x 9.80 m/s^2 x .253m

Torque 2 and mass are both unknowns in a single equation

you need more information
this is what professor wrote I have no idea how to go about solving
m1*g*L1=m2*g*L2

m1=.1016kg
gravity 9.80m/s^s
L1= .126m
m2? L2 =.253m
the g's cancel ... m2 = m1 * L1 / L2
I just figured it out a few minutes ago.
.1016x.126=.0128016/.253=.05059

or .0506kg
