How much in volume, or mass?
assume .5 cm thick icing...that is chincy.
volume=24*.5*PI*2.54^2 cm^3 = 243 ml
That is about a cup. That would be plenty for fondant, however, for butter cream, thicker maybe .8 cm, so a cup and a half. Now for whipped icing, put it on really thick, 2 cups.
how much frosting does it take to frost 24 cupcakes? Assume a cupcake has a 1 inch radius.
