How many grams of aspirin (C9H8O4) are required to react with exactly 29.40 mL of a 0.02400% w/w solution of sodium hydroxide (NaOH)?

What would the consequences be in 0.01200% w/w solution was used instead?

Thanks for any help - no idea how to proceed.

How long will you let it react? It reacts with one mole to neutralize the COOH group of aspirin and it reacts with another mole to hydrolyze the ester. The hydrolysis of the ester takes a little time.
