What do you think is the best side of the leaf to use for
printmaking and why?

I did my proyect with 3 leaves, with different colors, in any side of the paper!

But the question I asked, what does it mean by "Wich side" of the leaf is use by printmaking?

When people talk about the "side" of the leaf used for printmaking, they're usually asking which part of the leaf to press down on the paper to make a print. Leaves have two sides:

  1. The Top Side: This side is usually smooth and has the pretty colors or patterns that you see. It’s nice for making a print because it can show those details.

  2. The Bottom Side: This is often rougher and has tiny bumps called veins. Sometimes this side can also make interesting prints because it has different textures.

So, when you choose which side to use for printmaking, it can change how your print looks! Using the top side might show the leaf shape and colors better, while using the bottom side can give a cool texture. It sounds like you had a fun project using different leaves and colors—great job!
