The teacher would write things on the blackboard / Whiteboard which was copied into books and learned. Boys and girls were taught in the same class. For every teacher the most vital piece of equipment was the blackboard/ Whiteboard and easel/eraser. The school say starts early then end afternoon/evening. Kids would play hula hoop and tag, hopscotch, and football, skipping ropes. The classes would be p.e., Writing, readong, music, art, nature studies.

If it's victorian schools, did they have blackboards? Certainly they didn't have white boards.
What things would the teachers write?
The children's games seem more important than the school subjects. Games shouldn't even be mentioned.
