How do you round 0.0694 to the greatest place?

Might just be zero. Looking to the left most digit, round it with the number to the right of it. For example, 24,899 would round down to 20,000. And 43.98 would round to 40.
Strange wording.

If by the "greatest place" you mean the largest place-holder value, which in this case is .06

then the rounded off number would be .07
