how do you rewrite the constitution?

Why on earth would you want to rewrite the Constitution?

Please clarify and explain your question.
very, very carefully. You probably shouldn't--for several reasons (which I will list)
1. You value your own sanity
2. You value your time
3. The constitution is a very long document, but to leave any part out would warp its meaning. The words are there for a reason.

If you just plan to copy the constitution (see reasons 1 and 2) I recommend attaining the constitution, and a lot of paper. Also: write in pencil.
