how do you find all the intercepts from these functions:
1. f(x)= (2/3)^x
2. f(x)= ln(x)
1. f(x)= (2/3)^x
2. f(x)= ln(x)

For the y-axis intercept, set x=0 and solve for y.
For the x-axis intecept, set y = f(x) = 0 and solve for x.
Example:
1. If x = 0, f(x) = (2/3)^0 = 1
if f(x) = 0, (2/3)^x = 0 and x-> infinity . There is no x-intercept
Now you do the other one.
