Becquerels are not things that you find, they are a quantity that you measure. it measures total radioactivity of a sample.

You could use a film "badge" but perhaps you consider that a radiation meter. It measures total exposure, which you would have to divide by time to get Bq.

Henri Becquerel actually used film to discover radioactivity by accident.
