How do you decide where to put the decimal's on the "decimal chart"? (tens, ones, tenths, hundrendths) These are the numbers I need to place....

It is not a matter of deciding. The first place to the right of decimal is tenths
five tenths is .5
the next place is hundredths
six hundredths is .06
The decimal divides the one and the tenths.
45.32 is forty-five and 32 hundredths.
