How do we design and experiment that proves that the water forming on the outside of a can comes from air?

Bring an ice cold can into a humid room. Water droplets form on the outside. Where could they come from except from the air?
You might want to wipe off the can and weigh it (very carefully) to prove the mass of the contents stays the same.
