How do I solve Radical square root.

Such as 11 times the square root of 196 divided by 9 times the square root of 256

Is it
11√196/(9√256)

or

11√196/9 *√256

anyway √196 = 14 and √256 = 16

I am sure you can do the rest
11ã196
-------
9ã256

I know to do the square roots. I come up with

154
-----
144
My problem is what to do now. Do I divide? And do I need to simplify because it is a radical?
so it reduces to 77/72 or 1 5/72
thank you
So the line doesn't stand for division?
of course it does.

any fraction is really a division of the numerator by the denominator

e.g. 5/8 = 5 ÷ 8 = 0.625
