If you mean sketch it, then do this:
1) what is f(x) as x approaches infinity?
as F(x) as x approaches negative infinity.

If you denominator is (x+3) what is the result if x approaches -3:
from the right, denominator is (-3+e +3) or slightly positive
from the left, denominator is (-3-e+3), or slightly negative.
