How do I find the center of a circle using the points (2,8) (-4,6) (1,-1)

I also found the Equation of the perpendicular bisector of the line between the first and second point
which was y=(3/2)x + 5

And the Equation of the perpendicular bisector of the line between the second and third point
which was y=(-1/3)x+(23/3)

THANKS!
