how do i calculate the substrate concentration needed relative to Km to produce a rate relative to Vmax which is
0.1 x Vmax
??
I think i need to manipulate the michaelis menton eq but when i do it im left with [s] in the amount
please help

Velocity= Vmax*S/(S+Km)
where S is the substrate concentration
.1Vmax= Vmax*S/(S+Km)
.1(S+Km)=S
S(.9)=Km
S= Km/.9
check my math.
