I think the answers are the first one and second one, but not sure.

Sorry -- but I don't know.
The second one, Peter the Great's accomplishments,is correct. Do not forget he established a Russian port, called St. Petersburg, on the Baltic. I do not know much about Maria T. However from what little I know I would vote for #3.
second and third are correct.
