put more air in the tires.
reduce the frontal area of the body of the rider (ie, lean forward)
Oil the wheel sprockets.

em I'm not sure on this one but I would try reducing air resistance too.. eghh this question is hard for a dummy , do I look like a .. do I sound like a cyclist?? idk did stuff ( though I should know it anyway).
