Hi,

I've been exhausting my opportunities to try and find out the credidentials for this pdf.

I need the original date of publication
I need the credidentials of the author

Its called Russian Collectivisation by George Beers.

This is not to put in my bibliography, this is for a research log. I need to evaluate the sources' reliability/credibility.

You'll probably need to contact someone at the site where you found the PDF file. Another thing to try is to research the heck out of that author. At some point, if there's enough information available about him, you should get what you need.
Okay, I'll try contacting them. When I research George Beers I keep getting a hockey player or a dude who was dead before Stalin was alive!
Research librarians are the most wonderful people, usually. They are curious and inventive -- and they usually know the BEST places to find information, including places I didn't know existed. Find a good one and make friends!!
