If an enzyme works best at a pH of 7.5 , would this likely to be that it works at a slightely alkaline condition
because it has a low teperture and from this it is used in washing powders

yes, if it works at 7.5 is works in slightly alkaline conditions, but the because statement is wild speculation. Where is the evidence that points to temperature? Where is the link for washing powders?
