hi,
i was wondering about college. let's say i want to major in interior designing, what suggestions would you have for my first year courses. i know that i'm supposed to get the basics over with. what woudl those be. and what about second year. please give me some info on that. thanks.

That depends on the college you'll be attending. Each school has its own schedule of classes and requirements.

This all depends on the college. Go into Google and enter the name of each college you're thinking about, even remotely. Somewhere on their website, they will list the majors, minors, degree programs, etc. There may even be a link to be able to download the college's catalog in PDF. If so, do it. It's there in the catalog where the most detailed list will be for what the required classes are, when you need to take them, etc.

The purpose of college is to educate you. Period. That includes sharpening thinking skills, analysis, use of language, math, and science, and perspective.
The purpose of vocational skills are to teach you to some level of skll a set of job skills.
If you go to a major college, it will NOT offer interior design, rather it will offer Design in the Art or School of architecture.
I am giving you a link. Look at the school which offer degrees or courses in interior design. Those schools are mostly vocational schools, and frankly, most of them are paper mills of dubious value.

well i was thinking of Georgia State University..i just needed an idea of atleast what courses i should take for my first year.
and ms. sue i am definitely not thinking of online classes. i will take them in person.
