I'd like to help you find real life examples, but I have no idea what the Four C's nor the Five Pillars are. If you define a couple of these, I'll try to give you some examples.
Real world examples? Using your definition, think of how it might be used.
example: capital ...define it...then example such as the money raised to start a business.
example: conservation...define it...then example such as using automated temperature controls in office areas.
