I’ve even timed it a few times, and it’s been over 8 hours waiting just for a small response. It genuinely hurts when it feels like I’m the only one putting in the effort to communicate. I always make an effort to respond to you on time and just to talk to you.
Relationships require effort from both sides, and I’m starting to feel like that’s not happening here. I want to be honest with you—this situation is really affecting me, and I don’t think I can continue like this. We need to work on this together.

I know you have those ADHD moments, and I can relate because I have ADHD too. I understand how tough it can be sometimes. But I’m doing my best to make the effort to reach out and stay connected.
