Heparin is to infuse at 9ml/hr. the IV solution is 25,000units heparin in 250cc D5w. what is the hourly dosage? what is the drip rate?

25,000 units/250 mL = 100 units/mL.
9 mL x (100 units/mL) = 900 units/hr.
