help, the last guy didn't answer my question yet and i think he kinda went away...how do you rotate a figure 90/180 degrees???
I'm not exactly sure of what information you are seeking.
180 degree turn would be upside down (half of a full rotation, which would get it back into its original orientation), while a 90 degree turn is one-quarter of the possible full rotation. (A right angle is 90 degrees.)
If you are looking for commands on an application to accomplish these rotations, look for the command to rotate the figure. For example, in Adobe Photoshop, it is under the heading, "image."
