How about a business in which you (the owner) keep track of clients' cars' maintenance needs ... and see to it that the oil changes, etc., get done on time.
You could pick up a client's car at work or home, get it to the client's choice of automotive shops, and return it after the work is done.
It would involve an excellent driving record, of course, and a good knowledge of the area's automotive shops and the specialties of each.
What else could be included?
