Hello.
I've already asked a similar question but will you please clarify whether the articles are used correctly:
1)a quarter of the Russian people support this reform (I mean "the" with people)
2) a quarter of Russians support ...(no article with "Russians", right?)

1. is correct with "the" (incorrect without "the")

2. would be better with "the"
