The equation is unbalanced. On the left, you have
H: 2+1
S: 1
O: 4+1
Na: 1
on the right you have
H: 2
S: 1
O: 4+1
Na: 2
So, what can you do to fix that? The S is balanced.
What if you try 2NaOH?
H: 2+1
S: 1
O: 4+1
Na: 1
on the right you have
H: 2
S: 1
O: 4+1
Na: 2
So, what can you do to fix that? The S is balanced.
