A person does feel a gravitational force between themselves and another person. Gravity is a fundamental force of attraction between any two objects with mass. In the case of two people, there is a gravitational force acting between them due to their masses. However, the force of gravity between two typical-sized humans is extremely small compared to other forces acting on them and their surroundings, like the normal force from the ground, air resistance, and other external forces.

The reason why we typically do not perceive the gravitational force between two people is because the force of gravity is relatively weak compared to these other forces. Additionally, the force depends on the masses of the objects and their distance from each other. Since humans have relatively small masses and are usually at close distances from each other, the gravitational force between them is minuscule.
