d is true, but it is virtually impossible to demonstrate...will necessarily... Even the with the KKK and those right wing "patriot" organizations are protected. A good example 20 years ago was the protests at the front door of abortion clinics, even when the protesters had posted death notices with pictures and addresses of the doctors. It is very difficult to demonstrate that something will result.
