I don't really understand this question can someone please walk me through this?
The ordered pairs (2, -17) and (5, -35) are solutions to which of the following equations?
A. y = -6x + 5
B. y = 6x - 5
C. y = 6x + 5
D. y = -6x - 5

equation of the two point
(y-y1)/(x-x1)=(y2-y1)/(x2-x1)
(y+17)/(x-2)=(-35+17)/(5-2)
(y+17)/(x-2)=-6)
y+17=6x+12
y=6x-5
(y-y1)/(x-x1)=(y2-y1)/(x2-x1)
(y+17)/(x-2)=(-35+17)/(5-2)
(y+17)/(x-2)=-6)
y+17=6x+12
y=6x-5
