Good afternoon! I am having trouble deciding between two answers, and I was wondering if I could have a second-opinion!

Question:
Which of the following shows the most effective dialogue?

A. "John, you are ill; we have to get you to the Good Samaritan Hospital to save you." (I am 60% sure it is this one)
B. "John, how ill you appear! What shall we do?"
C. "John, you look sick, what's wrong?"
D. "John, as ill with the flu as you are, driving to Mexico seems highly unreasonable." (40% sure it is this one)

I feel that if answer A and/or D were in a story, they would be pretty effective in moving the plot forward, that is why I am having trouble trying to figure out which one is best.

Thank you!
