**What is GNB Mosaïk?**
GNB Mosaïk is an intentionally co-created newcomer hiring program for newcomers seeking meaningful employment opportunities within the Government of New Brunswick (GNB). The program focuses on three pillars:
1. **Employment:** GNB Mosaïk will match diverse talent to jobs across GNB.
2. **Language:** To overcome language barriers, translation services will support the interview and onboarding processes as well as the integration of newcomers into the GNB workforce. Those hired through the GNB Mosaïk program will also be enrolled into our new intensive language training.
3. **Community:** We’ve partnered with our provincial settlement agencies to ensure that our newcomers are not only settling into their new job but are also settling into their new community.
**How do you enroll in GNB Mosaïk?**
Filling out the following form will enroll you into the GNB Mosaïk program. Once the form is complete, you will receive a welcome package with additional details from the GNB Mosaïk team. On our end, we will share your resume with various hiring managers who have job opportunities that match your work experience and qualifications.
