From HOME TO THE FAIR IT'S 70 MILES, I have driven about 30 miles at 40 miles per hour. how many hours would it take me to finish the remaining miles?

Hello. This a simple d = rt problem. Distance (70 m) = 40 miles * hour. Thus, it would take 70/40 hours to travel 70 miles at the constant speed of 40 miles per hour. (I don't know why the driven about 30 m was stuck in)
You have 40 miles to go -- so it will take you an hour to finish your journey.
