Frank and fanny farmer have been married to 10 years. On march 1, 2002 fanny farmer decides to go on “strike” she refuses to do any farm chores or chores around their home. She puts up a big sign by the road and writes in bold letters “ FANNY FARMER IS ON STRIKE” Frank farmer agrees, in writing , to pay his wife $500 a month to keep farm accounts and perform farm and home chores, “ as you have always done” Is this an enforceable contract?
I think it would be enforceable. But check this site for details.

If I checked my sources correctly this contract WOULD be binding and WOULD hold up in a court of law if it was signed by both parties in front of a notary.
