Research General Objective:
To assess the impacts of family conflicts on children's development in Huye District, Tumba Sector, by examining the psychological, social, and educational consequences of such conflicts, and exploring how these factors influence the overall well-being and growth of children in the context of Rwandan society.
Specific Objectives:
- To analyze the types and frequency of family conflicts prevalent in households within Tumba Sector.
- To evaluate the psychological effects of family conflicts on children's emotional well-being and mental health.
- To investigate the social implications of family disputes on children's relationships with peers and community members.
- To assess the impact of family conflicts on children's academic performance and engagement in educational activities.
- To explore strategies and support systems that can mitigate the adverse effects of family conflicts on children's development within the community.
This research aims to provide insights that can inform policymakers, educators, and social workers to create interventions that support children affected by familial conflicts.
