2. Right-click on the selected range and click on "Merge cells".

3. With the merged cell selected, go to the "Alignment" section in the toolbar.

4. Click on the button with two arrows pointing up and down to rotate the text.

5. Click on the button with lines and arrows pointing towards the center to middle-align and center the text.

6. Click on the "Borders" dropdown menu in the toolbar and select "No border" to remove the border from the merged cell.

7. Right-click on the column header for column B (or click and drag to select the header) and click on "Resize column" in the dropdown menu.
