Assuming you meant cotθ = cosθ then
cosθ/sinθ = cosθ
1/sinθ = 1
θ = π/2
check: cotπ/2 = cosπ/2 = 0
cosθ/sinθ = cosθ
1/sinθ = 1
θ = π/2
check: cotπ/2 = cosπ/2 = 0
