For the weak hypochlorous acid (HClO), which statement is true at the point halfway to the equivalence point?

A. The total amount of HClO is equal to the pKa.
B. The total amount of HClO is equal to ClO-.
C. The total amount of H3O+ is equal to the amount of OH- .

Suppose you have 100 millimols HClO and you titrate it with NaOH. So halfway to the equivalence point you will have added 50 millimols NaOH.
.........HClO + NaOH ==> NaClO + H2O
I........100.....0..........0......0
add ............50..................
C........-50...-50.........50.....50
E........50......0.........50......50

Does this tell you?
Is the answer B then??
The answer is:

B. The total amount of HClO is equal to ClO-
B since [HClO]/[ClO-]=1 for ph=pka to be true by henderson hasselbach
