For my Work and Family Life class I my teacher gave us a picture of a child. Everyone has a child from a different country. My girl is from South Africa. On the back of the picture it talks about the girl (age, name ect. ). Then it says the child's "Dream". My girl wants to visit America. My teacher said I need to raise 500 dollars. I have one month to do this. The problem is I have no idea how to raise all that money. HELP!!

Are you just supposed to plan how you could possibly raise money? Certainly your teacher doesn't expect you to actually raise real money!

Some popular ways for teens to raise money is with car washes, lawn clean-ups, baby sitting, bake sales, and rummage sales. Selling candy and donuts at school, if allowed, makes a lot of money.
Thank you, but yes my teacher DOES want me to raise real money. Car washes-- In this weather??
Bake sales-- How would I get the bake goods, and that would certainly cost a lot wouldn't it?

Thank you, but if possible, might you tell me some OTHER ways (Cheaper and easier) to raise money?

Thanks,
Taylor
