I am going to guess it looks like a straight line.

y = m x + b

to find the slope m

m = (Y2-Y1)/(X2-X1) for any to points if it really is a line.
take the last two points

m = (-26 + 14) / (7-4) = -12/3 = -4
put in a point to get b
y = -4x + b
22 = -4(-5) + b
b = 2
so if it is a straight line then
y = -4x + 2
check that in the other points to make sure they all lie on the line
then for x = 0
y = 2
