I think I may have determined what your problem is. I think you have made a couple of typos. Here is what I think you meant. I've interchanged the + and = signs.
P4 + YOX + 6H2O = ZH3 PO3
If that is what you meant then it is balanced this way.
P4 + 3O2 + 6H2O = 4H3PO3
P4 + YOX + 6H2O = ZH3 PO3
If that is what you meant then it is balanced this way.
