I agree with you on #1.

I'm confused about #2. Which words are in italics? And what is that? A movie? A TV show? What?
#2 error in punctuation or capitaliztion.

Perry asked if anyone knew the words to "Locked Out."

Garrison yelled from the other room, "I loved that movie!

"In fact," he continued, "I've seen it three times." (my choice)

"Wasn't that in the movie Reality Bites," asked Grace?"

Reality Bites is italics
Perry asked if anyone knew the words to "Locked Out."
As long as "Locked Out" is a song, then this is correct. Song and poem titles are in quotation marks.

Garrison yelled from the other room, "I loved that movie!
This sentence needs some closing quotation marks at the very end.

"In fact," he continued, "I've seen it three times." (my choice)
This sentence is correct.

"Wasn't that in the movie Reality Bites," asked Grace?"
This sentence is incorrect because of the placement of the question mark and because there should be no quotation marks at the very end.

Thank you!!
