find the slope of any line perpendicualr to the line through points (3,3) and (2,8)

so i did:

y= (8-3)/(2-8)= (5)/(-6)

to find another line perpendicular do i have to take one set of the points and substitute them into y=mx+b?

The slope for the perpendcular line is the negative inverse, or m= 6/5
